1.Change the ranger class to more ranger, not ranger/rogue/druid, and add those classes as well, and possibly have a third added crafter class, so one could be a w/e/b (warrior, elementalist, blacksmith) etc.
2.Make the arenas a step up in minimum levels, that way the mountain arena doesn't get any level 9's and such, and a 15-20 lvl. arena for PvE players only, that way people levels 16, 17, 18, & 19 can PvP without being hated to death.
3.Custom armor sets, upgrade wise, so you can look like an aeromancer, but have defense in a more prudent element, like fire. Maybe have armor drops in PvE.

Ok im not going to read all the suggestions so i will more than likely have doubles of someone else

1) In Guild Battles... ok not GvG but a option where you can PvP people in your own guild for practice... no faction or anything just good old fun

2) Wepon dudes... make them do something other than customize

3) More items... after playing Diablo 2 this game has a very small collection of things worth picking up

ok one thing i can't leave out is no more invisible walls.. for the love of all thing Guild Wars, no more invisible walls!
